A CONCEPTUAL ANALYSIS ON POLITICAL ORDER

Abstract

The concept of political order is one of the basic concepts of political science. Political order gained scientific significance in the global theories and theme of development / modernization of the countries. İt is possible to make a scientific analysis on political order using basic concepts of political science and basic ideas of political thought. The scope of this article is the concept and theory of political order. The basic purpose of the article is to make contribution to expressing the concept of political order through totalitarian approach. As a methodology of the article, literature review and document analysis are used. The basic thesis achieved in this context is that political order is a modern, Western and American concept. The concept of political order is based in modern political thought and developed in 20’th century American political thought. The philosophers or scientists who developed the concept are the advocators of American hegemony. The concepts of modernization and developing theories which developed in the same era made significant contributions to the concept of political order.

Siyasal düzen kavramı siyaset biliminin en temel kavramlarındandır. Siyasal düzen küresel teorilerde veülkelerin gelişmesi / modernleşmesi konusunda bilimsel önem kazanmıştır. Siyaset biliminin temel kavramları vesiyasal düşüncenin temel teorilerini kullanarak siyasal düzen hakkında bir bilimsel inceleme yapmakmümkündür. Bu makalenin kapsamı siyasal düzen kavram ve teorisidir. Makalenin temel amacı; siyasal düzenkavramına bütüncül bir yaklaşımla açıklama getirilmesine katkı sunmaktır. Makalede yöntembilim olarak,literatür taraması ve doküman analizi kullanılmıştır. Bu kapsamda ulaşılan temel tez; siyasal düzenin modern,Batılı ve bir Amerikan kavramı olduğudur. Siyasal düzen kavramı, klasik ve modern siyasal düşünce içerisindetemellenmiş ve 20. yüzyıl Amerikan siyasal düşüncesi içerisinde gelişmiştir. Kavramı geliştiren düşünür veyabilim adamları Amerikan hegemonyası savunucularıdır. Aynı dönemde gelişen modernleşme ve gelişmeteorilerinin kavramları siyasal düzen kavramına önemli katkılar sunmuştur.
