Küresel krizin yapısal nedenleri ve küresel dengesizlikler

Özet

Küresel kriz, küresel sistemde son otuz yıldır ortaya çıkan yapısal sorunların bir sonucudur. Bugün küresel fınans sisteminin üç önemli zayıf nokta bulunmaktadır: Birincisi küreselleşme ile birlikte imalat sektörü ve ekonominin bütününe oranla finansal sistemdeki aşırı büyümeden kaynaklanmaktadır. İkincisi diğer ABD' dolarının rezerv para olma özelliğini 1973 sonrası da petrol satışlarının dolarla belirlenmesinden elde ettiği avantajların neden olduğu dengesizliklerdir. Son olarak da sermaye piyasalarının bütünleşmesi ile ortaya çıkan aşırı liberalleşmeden doğan boşlukların oluşturduğu küresel yönetişim sorunudur. Bu makalenin temel amacı son küresel krizin de nedeni olarak görülen küresel dengesizlikleri ve bunların neden olduğu bu üç alam analiz etmektir. Bu değerlendirmeler çerçevesinde küresel finans sisteminin sürdürülebilirliği ve istikrar için politika önerileri geliştirmektir.

Abstract

Global crisis is an expression of the structural changes and deep-rooted contradictions which have occurred within the global system in the last thirty years. As a result, today's global financial system is marked by three profound vulnerabilities: the explosive growth of the financial system relative to manufacturing and the economy as a whole, and the proliferation of speculative and destabilising financial instruments of wealth accumulation; the loss of relative power by the US dolar as a reserve currency, and other weaknesses in the global financial system have surfaced.These three areas where contradictions and vulnerabilities have been structurally emerging by the very logic of the global economic system and the process of capital accumulation. The main goal of this paper is to analyze the global imbalances that are widely seen as a cause of the last global financial crisis. The combination of all of these three factors caused the recent anomalies that have been seen in the global financial markets in the last years.
