According to the Qur'anin the Context of "Hak" and "Justice" Concepts the Social Values of the İslamic Community

Kur'ân'a Göre "Hakk" ve "Adalet" Kavramları Bağlamında İslâm Toplumunun İctimâî Değerleri

Abstract

Although there are many social values of the Islamic Community, "hak" and "justice" are the two key concepts to the forefront. According to the Qur'an, the community system can only be established and sustainable in the basis of hak and justice. Otherwise, a system didn't establish on hak and justice axis and togetherness -because, this will damage to the brotherhood- aren't possible to be sustainable. In other words, both concepts (hak and justice) have commanded towards the provision of peace and prosperity of the Islamic community. Islam as the word "peace" means. Islam ordered the protection of the essential purposes of the Sharia. Essential purposes of the Sharia are: religion, life, generation, good and mind. These foresight and targets, primarily in the Islamic community, later on in the whole world, in hak and justice axis will be carried by Muslims.It is the duty of Muslims. The ultimate goal is to realize the universal peace (Islam).

Özet

İslâm toplumunun ictimâî birçok değeri bulunmakla birlikte bunlardan "hak" ve "adalet", en ön plana çıkan iki anahtar kavramdır. Kur'ân'a göre toplum düzeni ancak hak ve adalet zemininde tesis edilebilir ve sürdürülebilir. Aksi halde, hak ve adalet ekseninde oluşturulmamış bir düzen ve birlikteliğin, -bu durum kardeşliğe halel getireceğinden dolayı- sürdürülebilir olması mümkün değildir. Başka bir ifadeyle her iki kavram da (hak ve adalet) İslâm toplumunun huzur ve refahının teminine yönelik olarak vaz' edilmiştir. Kelime olarak "barış" anlamına gelen İslâm, şeriatın zaruri maksatları kapsamında; dînin, nefsin, neslin, malın ve aklın korunmasını öngörmektedir. Bu öngörü ve hedefler, öncelikle İslâm toplumunda bilahare tüm dünyada hak ve adalet ekseninde Müslümanlar eliyle gerçekleştirilecektir. Bu, Müslümanların görevidir. Nihaî hedef ise evrensel barışı (İslâm) sağlamaktır.
