Abstract

In this study, a total of 320 sera samples from cows in different commercial farm in Van region were investigated for brucellosis with Rose Bengal Plate Test (RBPT) and Serum Agglutination Test (SAT). In serological examination 20 blood samples (%6.25) with RBPTand 19 blood samples (%5.93) with SAT were found positive.

Özet

Bu çalışmada, Van il merkezi ve köylerinde bulunan farklı çiftliklerdekl 320 adet süt sığırından alınan kan serumları Rose Bengal Plate Test (RBPT) ve Serum Aglütinasyon Testi (SAT) ile brusellozis yönünden incelendi. Serolojik incelemelerde 20 serum (%6.25) RBPT ile, 19 serum (%5.93) SA T ile pozitif bulundu.
