Aorto-bronchial fistula: A late complication of aortic coarctation repair by interposition of Dacron tubular graft

Abstract
Aortobronchial fistula is a rarely encountered complication after the coarctation repairs. That is fatal if not urgently diagnosed and repaired. We report a case an aortobronchial fistula associated with a interposition of a tubuler graft used to repair coarcation of the aorta seventeen years earlier in 10 year old.
Özet
Aorta-bronşiyal fistül (ABF), aort koarktasyonunun cerrahi tedavisi sonrası görülebilen, tanı ve tedavisi acil yapılmazsa ölümle sonuçlanabilen nadir bir komplikasyonudur. Bu yazıda, 17 yıl önce 10 yaşında aort koarktasyonu nedeniyle tüp greft interpozisyon tekniği kullanılarak opere edilen bir ABF vakası sonuldu.
