Abstract

Chylothorax is a rare, serious and life-threatining complication that may occur after cardiothoracic operations. Here we report a case with bilateral chylothorax that developed after bidirectional cavopulmonary anastomosis.

Özet

Şilotoraks kardiyotorasik operasyonlar sonrası nadiren ortaya çıkabilen ciddi ve hayatı tehdit edici bir komplikasyondur. Bidireksiyonel kavopulmoner anastomoz uygulaması sonrası gelişen bilateral şilotoraks olgusunu sunmaktayız.
