Aorta-right atrial tunnel presenting with transposition of the great arteries: A case report

Abstract
Aorta-right atrial tunnel is a congenital abnormality which is characterized by a relationship between the ascending aorta and right atrium. In this article, we report an eight-day neonate with transposition of the great arteries, in whom aorta-right atrial tunnel was detected during the arterial switch operation.
Özet
Aort-sağ atriyal tünel, çıkan aort ile sağ atriyum arasında anormal ilişki ile karakterize edilen doğuştan bir anomalidir. Bu yazıda, aort-sağ atriyal tüneli arteriyel switch ameliyatı sırasında fark edilen sekiz günlük büyük arter transpozisyonu olgusu sunuldu.
