Akut karotis arter stent içi tıkanıklığın cerrahi tedavi ile tamamen iyileşmesi: Hibrid ameliyathane avantajı

Abstract
Acute occlusion is a rare complication of carotid stentimplantation. A 74-year-old female patient becameunconscious presenting with impaired neurological statusand dysarthria within the first hour of carotid arterystent implantation. The patient underwent emergentsurgery with the diagnosis of acute stent occlusion inDoppler ultrasonography and angiography. Occludedstent was removed and carotid endarterectomy surgerywas performed. The patient was extubated without anycomplication in the postoperative third hour and dischargedafter a four-day uneventful hospital stay.
Özet
Akut tıkanıklık, karotis stent implantasyonunun nadirgörülen bir komplikasyonudur. Karotis arter stent implantasyonu uygulanan 74 yaşında kadın hastanınbirinci saatte nörolojik durumu bozularak ve dizartrigelişerek, bilinci kapandı. Doppler ultrasonografi ve anjiyografi ile akut stent tıkanıklığı tespit edilen hasta acil olarak ameliyata alındı. Tıkanan stent çıkarılarak endarterektomi ameliyatı uygulandı. Hasta ameliyatsonrası üçüncü saatte herhangi nörolojik sekel kalmadan ekstübe edildi ve dördüncü gün komplikasyonsuzbir şekilde taburcu edildi.
