Abstract

Hybrid method combines conventional open surgery and endovascular techniques. One of the goals of this therapy is to achieve a single-stage repair of extensive aortic aneurysms. In this article, we report a 74-year-old male case with aortic arch and descending thoracic aneurysm who was treated through hybrid methods in the light of possible advantages of hybrid methods.

Özet

Hibrid yöntem, geleneksel açık cerrahi ve endovaskülerteknikleri kombine etmektedir. Bu tedavinin amaçlarından biri de yaygın aort anevrizmalarında tek aşamalı tedavi sağlanmasıdır. Bu makalede, aort arkı ve inen torasik anevrizması bulunan ve hibrid yöntemle tedavi edilen 74yaşında bir erkek olgu, hibrid yöntemlerin muhtemel avantajları eşliğinde sunuldu.
