Özet

AIM: To investigate the relationship between the deformity correction and subsequent alterations in spinopelvic parameters aftersurgical correction in degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis patients.MATERIAL and METHODS: About 100 adult patients were recruited in the study. The eligible cases received surgical treatmentfrom 2003 to 2013 at Ramathibodi Hospital.RESULTS: No significant change was observed in any of the spinopelvic parameters after correction of slip degree following surgeryin the transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion group.CONCLUSION: Lumbar spinal fusion procedures cause significant changes in spinopelvic parameters and are efficient in correctingthe height of disc in the transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion group.
