While the Islamic ceramic knowledge is reminded, to try finding the answers to the questions on the subject why and how those ceramics were at the site, is aimed for our text. Their first major group was unearthed in the cisterns at the southeastern corner of the episcopal church in the season of 2009. Afterward, the collection was enriched by some sherds found from the other parts of the excavation area. Beside the monochrome glazed frit body ceramics which look like celadons and sherds of the underglaze painting from the centers like Tel Minis and Kashan, there was a minor group of Iranian lusters
Özet
Bu makalede Kuşadası, Kadıkalesi/Anaia kazısı buluntularından, Orta Çağ’da İran, Suriye, Mısır gibi Doğu Akdeniz İslam ülkelerinden taşınmış seramikler tanıtılmaktadır . Bu vesile ile İslam seramiklerine ilişkin bilgileri hatırlarken onların neden ve nasıl Kadıkalesi’nde oldukları konusundaki soruya cevap vermeye çalışmak yazımızın amacını oluşturur. Onların ilk büyük grubu 2009 yılında kaledeki Anaia piskoposluk kilisesinin güneybatı köşesindeki sarnıçlardan gelmişti. Sonraları kalenin çeşitli açmalarından buluntularla koleksiyon zenginleşti. Buluntular arasında Çin seladonlarını hatırlatan frit hamurlu tek renkli sırlı örneklerle Tel Minis, Kâşân gibi merkezlerden şeffaf sıraltı boyalı kaplar ve az sayıda luster tabaklara ait İran’dan seramik parçaları görülmektedir
