Evaluation Results of Strategic Management Research Made Related Health Fields in Turkey By Nursing Perspective

Abstract
The strategy is called the whole of thought and activities created to guarantee the future. Increasing competition in health services in the globalizing world also makes strategic management an important fact in this field. Emerging technology, the allocation of resources allocated to treatment services in all of the health expenditures and the social security institutions to have problems in payment, reduce the costs of treatment services and make it necessary to use resources efficiently. These have increased the need for strategic management. Considering that the nurses are the 24-hour human resources in the treatment services, they need to give more importance to the strategic management in order to increase the quality of the treatment services and to reduce the cost. This article aims to evaluate the results of the study related to strategic management in the field of health from the perspective of nursing in the light of literature. The nursing profession, which constitutes the most crowded manpower in treatment services, needs to focus on strategic management and to do more studies on this subject.
Özet
Strateji geleceği ele almak garantilemek adına oluşturulan düşünce ve faaliyetlerin bütününe denir. Globalleşen dünya da sağlık hizmetlerinde rekabetin artması bu alanda da stratejik yönetimi önemli bir olgu haline getirmektedir. Gelişen teknoloji, tedavi hizmetlerine ayrılan kaynakların tüm sağlık harcamaları içinde payının yüksek olması ve sosyal güvenlik kurumlarının ödeme problemleri yaşaması, tedavi hizmetlerinin maliyetleri düşürmesini ve kaynakları verimli kullanmasını zorunlu hale getirmiştir. Bu da stratejik yönetime duyulan ihtiyacı arttırmıştır. Hemşirelerinde tedavi hizmetlerinde 24 saat görevli insan kaynağı olduğu düşünüldüğünde tedavi hizmetlerinin kalitesinin artması ve maliyetinin düşürülmesi adına stratejik yönetime daha çok önem vermesi gerekmektedir. Bu makale sağlık alanında stratejik yönetim ile ilgili yapılmış olan çalışma sonuçlarının literatür ışığında hemşirelik perspektifinden değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Tedavi hizmetlerinde en kalabalık insan gücünü oluşturan hemşirelik mesleğinin de stratejik yönetim olgusuna eğilmesi ve bu konuda daha çok çalışmalar yapması gerekmektedir.
