Abstract
Primary lymphoma of the liver is an extremely rare type of neoplasms. The disease is localized in the liver with¬out another organ or lymph gland involument. They are usu¬ally large cell non-Hodgkin's lymphomas originating from B cell Imaging studies reveal nonspecific findings including soli¬tary or multiple mass lesions in the hepatic tissue and some¬times diffuse enlargement of the liver. In this report we present a patient with massive hepatomegaliy and nonspecific symp¬toms. Liver biopsy was performed to establish a diagnosis of non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma of the liver without extrahepatic involument.
