Abstract
Hydrops of the gallbladder is a rare cause of right upper quadrant mass in children. Two cases of acute hydrops of the gallbladder in children are reported. One case is related to Salmonella infection and the other has Enterococcus sepsis; which is the first report in the literature. The infectious origin and mechanisms are discussed.
Özet
Safra kesesi hidropsu, çocuklarda karın üst kadranda şişlik oluşturan nadir bir sorundur. Akut safra kesesi hidropsu olan 2 çocuk vakayı sunuyruz. Hastalarımızdan birinde Salmonella enfeksiyonu, diğerinde ise Enterokok sepsis nedeniyle hidrops gelişmiştir. ikinci hastamız, literatürde enterokok sepsisine bağlı ilk safra kesesi hidropsu vakasıdır. Hastalığın enfeksiyöz kökeni ve mekanizmalarını tartıştık.
