Abstract
Paraneoplastic syndromes may accompany some neoplastic diseases and cause some difficulty in interpretation of signs and symptoms. Intrahepatic cholestasis is a rare clinical presentation of paraneoplastic syndromes. We report a case with prostatic adenocarcinoma whose first clinical signs presented as intrahepatic cholestasis.
Özet
Bazı neoplastik hastalıklara eşlik edebilen paraneoplastik sendromlar, zaman zaman bulgu ve semptomların yorumlanmasında güçlüklere sebep olabilmektedir. İntrahepatik kolestaz paraneoplastik sendromların nadir görülen bir klinik prezantasyonudur. İlk klinik bulgusu intrahepatik kolestaz olan prostat adenokarsinomalı bir olguyu sunuyoruz.
