The comparison of the invitro effects of the antıbiotics in Quinolon group with other antibiotics on the aerob bacteria in milk.

Abstract
In this study, a total of 492 milk samples tal{en from Ankara Lalahan Animal Livestock Research Institute, Departments of Research and Apply Units of Erciyes University and Polatlı state farm was used. Amongst the agents isolated and identified from the milk samples, Staphylococci was (59.2%) occupied the first place with the ratio of 40% coagulase (+)and ı9.2% coagulase (-) staphylococi. These were followed by Streptococci (24%) with ratio of 9 .6% Str. uberis, 6.4% Str. agalactiae and 8% other Streptococcus spp. and, E. coli (9.6%), Actinomyces spp. (3.2%), Bacillus spp. (2.4%). Klebsiella spp. (0 .8%) and Pseudomonas spp. (0.8%). The antibiotic susceptibilities of aerobic bacteria to enrofloxacin, danofloxacin and norfloxacin belonging to quinolones were ranged from 80% to 100%.
Özet
Bu çalışmada, Ankara Lalahan Zootekni Araştırma Enstitüsü, Erciyes Üniversitesi Koca Sinan Meslek Yüksek Okulu Araştırma ve Uygulama Üniteleri ve Polatlı Tarım İşletmelerinden alınan toplam 492 süt örneği kullanıldı. Süt örneklerinden izole ve identifiye edilen etkenler arasında, %40'ı koagülaz pozitif ve % 19.2'si koagülaz negatif olmak üzere. %59.2 gibi yüksek bir oranla Stafilokoklar ilk sırayı almaktadır. Bunu, %9.6 Str. uberis, %6.4 Str. agalactiae ve %8 Streptococcus spp. olmak üzere. %24'lük bir oranla Streptokoklar. %9.6 ile E. coli, %3.2 ile A. pyogenes. %2.4 ile Bacillus spp. ve %0.8 ile Klebsiella spp. ve Pseudomonas s pp. türleri izlemiştir. Süt örneklerinden izole edilen aerob bacterilerin kinolon grubu antibiyotiklerden enrofloksasin, danofloksasin ve norfloksasin'e duyarlılıklarının %80-100 arasında .değiştiği belirlendi.
