Abstract
This study is intended to reveal the status and image of Palestinian women in Israel, as the study discusses the reality of Palestinian women and their degree of attitude and enjoyment of their civil, economic, social and political rights, and the rights of women. The international law, conventions and conventions that have been established to guarantee and protect women's rights on the other hand.
Özet
Bu araştırmada, İsrail'deki Filistinli kadının yeri ve imajı; medeni, hukukî, iktisadî, içtimai ve siyasi hakları ile bu haklarından ne seviyede faydalandığı hususları araştırılmıştır. Konu, örf, adet ve geleneklerin hâkim olduğu toplum bakışı ile hukuk, kadın hakları, kadının korunmasını ihtiva eden uluslararası sözleşme ve antlaşmalardaki hükümler göz önüne alınarak incelenmiştir.
