Abstract
85 patients have participated to this survey that we researched whether hematoma may be opened to ventricule or not and grade of hematoma, also the reasons of hyponatremia and negative water balance. Hematoma effected hypothalamus on 38 of 60 patients who have negative water balance and 36 of 29 patients having hyponatremia. Hematom have opened to ventricule on 26 of 29 patients having hyponatremia 51 of 60 who has negative water balance. Statistically verified that having effected of hypothalamus caused the occurence of negative water balance and hyponatremia. It is discussed as the reasons of hyponatremia as inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone and cerebral salt wasting syndrome.
