Abstract
Objective: Health economics aims to use all the resources allocated to the healthcare sector with the most efficient way and how this service can be distributed to the society in the best way. This discipline has become one of the important topics in the determination of health policies. In this study, we aimed to review the reimbursement systems, which have a significant place in the field of health economics, regarding both economics and healthcare service quality.
Özet
Amaç: Sağlık sektörüne ayrılmış olan kaynakların etkin bir şekilde kullanılmasını ve bu hizmetlerin topluma en iyi şekilde nasıl bölüştürülebileceğini araştıran sağlık ekonomisi, sağlık politikalarının belirlenmesinde en önemli noktalardan biri haline gelmiştir. Bu çalışmada sağlık ekonomisi alanında önemli bir yer tutan geri ödeme sistemlerinin hem ekonomik hem de sağlık hizmet kalitesi açısından incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır.
