Abstract
This article aims to introduce the four most famous works of Shiite Islam on the science of al-rijāl, i.e. Kutub al-Arbaa al-Rijāliyya. It anticipates clarifying the Shiite view of the science of al-rijāl. It examines the authors, contents, characteristics of these four books, their value from the angle of the science of al-jarh wa al-ta‘dil, and their relations of the Sunnite books of al-rijāl.

Şîa’nın "Kütüb-i Erbaa Ricâliyye"sini yani ricâl ilminde en muteber kabul et-tikleri dört eseri tanıtmayı amaçlayan bu makale, Şîa’nın ricâl ilmine bakışlarını an-lamaya bir basamak oluşturmak düşüncesiyle kaleme alınmıştır. Söz konusu dört eserin müellifleri, muhtevaları, temel özellikleri, cerh ve ta’dîl ilmi açısından değer-leri ve Sünnî ricâl kitaplarıyla ilişkileri makalede irdelenmeye çalışılmıştır.
