Abstract
In this study; efficiency structure of public establishments that affects and contributes on Turkish economy and that is in top five hundred in manufacture industry in 7993-200period are inspected. The study has an important difference from similar studies according to spesification tests that are carried out to determine efficiency measuring methods. Depending on these tests it is decided to use data envelopment analysis. The efficiency structure that is held came out low as contradictory to Turkeys long term development aims.
Özet
Bu çalışmada zaman içerisinde Türkiye ekonomisi üzerinde etki ve katkıda bulunan ve imalat sanayi içerisinde 1993-2000 periyodunda ilk beş yüz içerisine gireri kamu kuruluşlarının etkinlik yapıları incelenmiştir. Çalışma süreç testleri açısından benzerlerinden önemli bir farklılığa sahiptir. Bu testlere bağlı olarak veri zarflama analizinin kullanılmasına karar verilmiştir. Elde edilen etkinlik yapısı Türkiye'nin uzun dönemli kalkınma amaçlarıyla çelişen şekilde düşük çıkmıştır.
