ÖZETOrthodontide eskiden beri tanıdığınız sutura platınayı yırtarak üst çeneyi genişletme metodu ile az sayıda ve belirli bazı vak'alar tedavi edilirler. Yazıda bu metod kısaca izah edilmiş ve bir vak'a takdim edilmiştir. SUMMARYWith the disjonction method which is known in orthodontics for a long time; some few and special cases can be treated. Above this method is shortly explained and a case is presented.
