Subtances That Affect Rabbit Plazma Kininogen Levels

Abstract
In this study, the substances which might cause the release of bradykinin from the kininogens in the rabbit plasma are searched It is observed that, Gantanol (4 g/ kg), Tween 80 (2 g / kg) and sodium alginate (2 g / kg) caused statistically significant reduction in the quantity of kininogen and consequent release of bradykinin.
Özet
Bu çalışmada, tavşan plazmasındaki kininojenlerden bradikinin salgılanmasına neden olabilecek maddeler araştırıldı. Gantanol (4 g/kg), Tween 80 (2 g/kg) ve sodyum alginat (2 g/kg) ın kininojen miktarlarını istatistiksel olarak anlamlı derecede azalttığı ve bradikinin salgılattığı gözlendi.
