IMAGINE OF MEVLANA IN ARİF NİHAT ASYA THE MODERN MEVLEVİ DISCIPLE

Abstract
As for Mevlana is a school in Turkish literature, Mevlevilik is a school in Turkish history. Through the history, a great many poet and mystic are trained in those schools. One of them is being among the last poets of modern period Arif Nihat Asya, who can collect poetship and mysticism in his identity. Besides he is a poet and pious, he is also the modern Mevlevi disciple.How does Mevlana's image present appearance on such an equipped poet? This article aims to render Mevlana's image to centrate condition from poet's perspective with the help of Arif Nihat Asya's poems.

Mevlânâ, Türk edebiyatında; Mevlevîlik ise Türk tarihinde bir okuldur. Tarih boyunca bu okullardan pek çok şair ve sûfî yetişmiştir. Bunlardan birisi de şairliği, sûfîliği ve rindliği kendi hüviyetinde toplayabilen modern dönemin son şairlerinden Arif Nihat Asya’dır. O bir şair ve rind olduğu kadar bir sûfîdir ve daha da ötesi çağdaş bir Mevlevî havarisidir. Böylesine donanımlı bir şairde Mevlânâ’nın imajı nasıl bir görünüm arz eder? İşte bu yazı, Arif Nihat Asya’nın şiirlerinden hareketle Mevlânâ’nın imajını şairin perspektifinden somut hâle getirmeyi hedefliyor.
