Abstract
T h e spectrophotometric metho d developed mak e it possible to determine nitrat e in the concentration rang e of 0,0-1,0 pp m nitrate - nitrogen ( = NO3—N) . Th e sensitivity of the determination is 0,018 ppm . T h e results of the experiments depend strictly on the reaction conditions such as time, temperatur e and sulphuric acid concentration. Therefore they must be held constant during the experiments. An d for each series of samples a new calibration curve must be drawn.

Geliştirilen spektrofotometrik yönteml e 0,0-1,0 pp m nitra t azotu ( = NO 3 —N'u ) aralığında nitra t tayini yapılabilir. Tayinin hassasiyeti 0,018 ppm'dir. Dene y sonuçları zaman, sıcaklık, sülfürik asit konsantrasyonu gibi reaksiyon şartlarına bağlı olduğunda n bu faktörler deney süresince sabit tutulmalıdır ve her numun e serisi için yeni bir kalibrasyon eğrisi çizilmelidir.
