Abstract
Fourth derivative ultraviolet spectrophotoraetric assay procedure is described for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in pharmaceutical formulations. The method has been applied succesfully to a tablet containing ephedrine hydrochloride, luminal and codeine phosphate and marketing in Turkey. The specificity and precision of the method have been assessed
Özet
Farmasötik preparatlardaki efedrin hidroklorürün miktar tayininin dördüncü türev ultraviyole spektrofotometrisi ile yapılabileceği gösterilmiştir. Yöntem, içerisinde efedrin hidroklorür, luminal ve kodein fosfat bulunan ve Türkiye ilaç piyasasında yer alan bir tablete uygulanmıştır. Yöntemin seçiciliği ve duyarlığı tayin edilmiştir
