Photoluminescence in the solid solutions of $TlIn_{1-x}Gd_xS_2$

Özet

The luminescence spectra, photo and electroconductivity were investigated in layer $TlIn_{1-x} Gd_x S_2$ mixed system. Observed luminescence bands were assigned according to band gap and donor-acceptor recombination. Mechanism of substitution of $In^{3+}$ ions by $Gd^{3+}$ ions in the recombination processes is also discussed.
