An artificial electron beam in space-theoretical approach

An electron beam can be used as an alternative method to radiate electromagnetic waves and as a scientific tool to investigate ionosphere and magnetosphere. This paper formulates a model of an electron beam in space and describes a generation of electromagnetic waves.
