Özet
In recent years, classical surgery has been increasingly replaced by endovenous ablation techniques in the treatment of venous insufficiencywith improved patient comfort. The guidewires used during invasive procedures may be forgotten in the intravascular area due to severalreasons. Herein, we report a case in whom a guidewire forgotten during the radiofrequency ablation procedure and divided into twocomponents and migrated to different localizations was removed. The components of the guidewire were removed using hybrid techniquevia jugular vein exploration and femoral vein percutaneous intervention.
