Özet

Popliteal artery aneurysms are the most common peripheral artery aneurysms, although they are rarely seen. These aneurysms can betreated by surgical and endovascular methods. Detection of the type of popliteal artery aneurysm by preoperative imaging methods is themost important step to determine the appropriate treatment method for the individual patient. Patient-specific treatment strategy reducespostoperative complications and recurrent interventions. In this article, we present a case who underwent surgery for a popliteal arteryaneurysm eight months ago and developed critical leg ischemia.
