Abstract
In this study, the determinative effect of ownership structure on the urban transformation-oriented real estate development process is revealed on slums exposed to the occupation due to the proximity to public investments and the existence of treasury land.

Bu çalışmada, kamu yatırımlarına yakınlığı ve hazine arazilerinin varlığı sebebiyle gecekondu işgaline maruz kalan alanlarda, mülkiyet kavramının kentsel dönüşüm odaklı gayrimenkul geliştirme süreçlerindeki belirleyici etkisi ortaya konulmaktadır
