Abstract
Public transportation systems gain even more importance today,where time is very important. Investments made in urban transportation systems affect passengers / customers very quickly. Transportation systems are not just tools for getting from one location to another. Although it is not noticed in daily life, the positive and negative effects of transportation systems of social life are quite high. The aim of the research is to examine the effects of Istanbul metro and metrobus systems on passengers in terms of economy, environment and time.
Özet
Toplu ulaşım sistemleri zamanın çok önemli olduğu günümüzde daha da önem kazanmaktadır. Kent içi ulaşım sistemlerine yapılan yatırımlar yolculara/müşterilere çok çabuk etki etmektedir. Ulaşım sistemleri sadece bir lokasyondan, farklı bir lokasyona ulaşmak için kullanılan araçlar değildir. Günlük yaşamda dikkat edilmese de ulaşım sistemlerinin sosyal hayata olumlu ve olumsuz etkileri oldukça fazladır. Araştırmanın amacı İstanbul metro ve metrobüs sistemlerinin yolculara ekonomik, çevresel ve zaman konularında etkilerinin incelenmesidir.
