Economic Evaluation Of The Costs Generated By Professional Stress: Case Of A Workforce Of Workers From The Wilaya Of Bejaia (Algeria)

Abstract
Professional stress generates significant costs and can jeopardize the economic and social development of companies. This article estimates the costs generated by illnesses linked to work stress by adopting an inductive approach based on cost aggregation. We have collected, identified the various indications of appropriate costs, and quantified them to obtain the total cost of pathologies and other work -related stress injuries. The calculations presented are based on the average calculation of the direct and indirect costs that stress causes.
Özet
Mesleki stres önemli maliyetler ortaya çıkarır ve şirketlerin ekonomik ve sosyal gelişimini tehlikeye atabilir. Bu makale, maliyetlerin toplamını temel alan tümevarımsal bir yaklaşımı benimseyerek mesleki strese bağlı hastalıkların meydana getirdiği maliyetleri tahmin etmektedir. Uygun maliyetlerin çeşitli göstergeleri bir araya getirilmiş ve iş stresiyle ilgili patolojilerin ve diğer yaralanmaların toplam maliyetini elde etmek için bunlar nicelleştirilmiştir. Sunulan hesaplamalar, stresin neden olduğu doğrudan ve dolaylı maliyetlerin ortalama hesaplamasına dayanmaktadır.
