Özet
Bu makalede, 1965'ten 12 Eylül 2010 Referandumu'na yasa koyucunun memur sendikacılığına bakış açısı irdelenmiş; memur sendikacılığıyla ilgili yasaların ILO normlarıyla çelişip çelişmediği ele alınmıştır. In this article, the point of view of legislator towards civil servant unionism was examined thoroughly; the situation towards ILO norm soft the laws that were legislated related to civil servant unionism were discussed.
