Lung carcinoma with pure soft tissue metastasis at the extremity: a rare case

Abstract

A patient with squamous cell lung carcinoma had a metastatic mass on his right arm which had to be amputated and thus could be examined in detail. The metastasis was confined to the soft tissue only. The patient presented here is a very rare example of lung cancer with pure soft tissue metastasis.
