Abstract

The management of paratesticular rhabdomyosarcoma has evolved slower compared to testicular germ cell tumors, mainly due to its lower incidence and lack of standardized treatment protocols, Paratesticular rhabdomyosarcoma is usually diagnosed in children younger than 15 years of age. Here, a case of disseminated paratesticular rhabdomyosarcoma in an adult patient was reported. The patient received combination chemotherapy. After a short duration of response, he died due to progressive disease 12 months after the diagnosis. [Turk J Cancer 1998;28(2):80-83]
