Abstract
Rectal leiomyosarcomas are rare neoplasms with poor prognosis. Currently surgery is considered the treatment of choice, however, the role of adjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy are still under investigation. in this report, two cases of progressive rectal leiomyosarcoma despite therapeutic efforts, are presented
