Abstract
In this article, the question of if there is a duty of care for healthcare workers in disaster settings is tried to be replied in the context of demonstrations spread all over the country after the police intervention to the peaceful demonstration in Gezi Parki, Istanbul.

Bu yazıda Gezi Parkı’ndaki barışçıl gösteriye polis müdahalesi ve sonrasında tüm ülkeye yayılan protestolar bağlamında sağlık çalışanlarının sahada hizmet sunma yükümlülüğü olup olmadığı sorusu yanıtlanmaya çalışılmaktadır.
