Abstract
Right to health” which is the the basic right of human beings have to be kept in the highest level. In this review “right to health” “patient – client- consumer- costumer” and “patient satisfaction” concepts has been discussed in conjunction with current health policies.

İnsanın en temel hakkı olan sağlığın mümkün olan en iyi seviyede tutulması için sağlık hakkı en temel gerekliliktir. Bu derlemede günümüz politikaları ile bağlantılı olarak “sağlık hakkı“, “hasta”, “müşteri”, “hasta memnuniyeti” kavramları irdelenmiştir.
