Abstract
The process of devalorization of labour as one of the pillars of neoliberal social transformation is configured as the devalorization of health labour in the private health sector. All changes taking place in the health sector in Turkey fully comply with the neoliberal period of capitalism as an international economic system. Thus, understanding and construing these changes and launching interventions favouring workers can be possible only by taking a radically critical attitude to the capitalist-neoliberal system.
Özet
Neoliberal toplumsal dönüşümün en temel ayaklarından olan emeğin değersizleştirilmesi süreci, özel sağlık sektöründe de sağlık emeğinin değersizleştirilmesi üzerinden kurgulanmıştır. Ülkemizde sağlık sektörünün geçirdiği tüm değişimler uluslararası bir ekonomik sistem olan kapitalizmin neoliberal dönemi ile tam bir uygunluk içinde olmaktadır. Bu nedenle bu değişimleri anlamak, yorumlamak ve emekçiler lehine müdahalelerde bulunmak ancak bu kapitalist-neoliberal sisteme kökten eleştirel bakabilmek ile mümkün olacaktır.
