Abstract
Being a country preferred for medical tourism is among the goals of the Ministry of Health. However, it could not be determined how to address medical tourism, what kind of structure should be formed, how the system should function. Various systems were being established for about 8 years, but the functioning of the system and related legislation could not be specified. In this article, the legislation on medical tourism was examined.

Sağlık turizminde tercih edilen bir ülke olmak Sağlık Bakanlığı'nın hedefl eri arasında sayılmaktadır. Ancak sağlık turizminin nasıl ele alınacağı, nasıl bir yapı kurulacağı, sistemin nasıl işleyeceği belirlenememiştir. Yaklaşık sekiz senedir çeşitli yapılar oluşturulmakta, ancak işleyiş ve mevzuat belirlenememektedir. Bu yazıda Türkiye'de sağlık turizmi ile ilgili mevzuat incelenmiştir.
