Abstract
In this paper, the dynamics of the action process, which health care workers have joined is being evaluated; the prominence of medical students and residents, as actors of these dynamics along with the organizational structures is being emphasized.

Bu yazıda sağlık çalışanlarının 2010 yılından bu yana içinde oldukları eylem sürecinin dinamikleri değerlendirilmekte; kurumsal yapıların yanı sıra tıp öğrencisi ve asistanlarının bu dinamiklerin aktörleri olarak öne çıktıkları vurgulanmaktadır.
