Abstract
Belgian health care system is a patient-dominant system which has freedom to choose the physician and high contribution rate. The main reform determining the structuring of health system in the country and Ministry of Health is localization. In this study, the administrative structure, health organization and delivery of health care, health care reforms of Belgium, and the relationship between the reforms and the organization structure of health have been studied.
Özet
Belçika sağlık sistemi hasta egemen, hekim seçme özgürlüğünün ve yüksek katkı paylarının olduğu bir sistemdir. Ülkedeki sağlık sistemini ve Sağlık Bakanlığı’nın yapılanmasını belirleyen başlıca reform yerelleşmedir. Bu çalışmada Belçika’nın yönetimsel yapısı, sağlık örgütlenmesi ve hizmet sunumu, sağlık reformları ve reformlar ile sağlığın örgütlenme yapısı arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir.
