Abstract
In turkey, the period 1970s witnessed wider mass support for the leftist movement as well as intensive clashes stemming from the assaults of the fascist movement including in universities. The article describes the decade together with the university years of Ata Soyer, organizing in associations and related processes.

70’li yıllar Türkiye’si sol hareketin kitleselleştiği, eş zamanlı olarak faşist hareketin üniversiteler başta olmak üzere saldırılarıyla yoğun çatışmaların yaşandığı yıllardı. Dönemin tanımlanmasıyla birlikte Ata Soyer’in üniversite öğrencilik yılları, dernekleşme ve süreç aktarılmaktadır.
