Abstract
Instead of knowing creature human being can be best described as a creature who wants to know or curious creature . Knowledge arises from curiosity and is a result of our interaction with nature. The notion of causality, being the basis of the philosophy of science, has showed drastic changes. It has taken hundreds of years for philosophy of science to change from vertical causality to sequential causality then to metaphysics and thereafter to concrete or physical thinking.
Özet
İnsan bilen değil bilmek isteyen, merak eden varlıktır. Bilgi, meraktan doğmaktadır ve dünyayla ilişkimizin bir sonucudur. Bilim düş üncesinin temelinde ise nedensellik fikri yatar. Düş ünce tarihinin uzun geliş im serüveninde nedensellik kavrayış ı köklü değ iş iklikler göstermiş tir. Düşey nedensellikten döngüsel nedenselliğe, oradan metafiziğe, ardından somuta, fiziğe geçiş insan düşüncesinin evriminde yüzyıllar alan bir süreci kapsamıştır.
