Abstract

Recent advances in the practive of both health care and intensive care medicine have led to an increase in the population of patients with terminally ill. This paper provides the current problems and recommendations for these patient population.

Özet

Gerek sağlık hizmetlerinde gerekse de yoğun bakım hizmetlerindeki son gelişmelerle birlikte, terminal dönem hastaların sayısı artırmaktadır. Bu yazıda, Türk Dahili ve Cerrahi Bilimler Yoğun Bakım Derneği'nin terminal dönem hastaların sorunlarına ve bu sorunlara yönelik çözüm önerilerine ilişkin görüşleri yer almaktadır.
