Özet
Anterior ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI)owing to an occlusion of the left anterior descending artery(LAD) is associated with the highest risk of adverse clinicaloutcomes because of the large amount of myocardial territorysupplied by the LAD compared with other coronary arteries (1,2). In addition, anatomical features, such as a long LAD wrappingaround the left ventricular (LV) apex, can play an important rolein the outcomes in patients with anterior STEMI (3-5)
