Abstract

During pregnancy or the postpartum sacral stress fracture seem uncommon. In this study, during the postpartum period, 27 years old female patient who presented with low-back and buttock pain is monitored apparent pathology Computed Tomography (CT) taken, sacral stress fractures was diagnosed as a result of the examination of Magnetic Resonance Images (MRI) taken the result of the continuation of pain The purpose of this study, the pregnancy and the postpartum period must be considered in the low-back and buttock pain, and intended to draw attention to the likelihood of sacral stress fractures and we emphasize the need to use all the modalities in terms of radiological diagnosis

Özet

Hamilelik süresince veya doğum sonrasında görülen sakral stres kırıkları alışılmamış bir durum olarak görülür. Bu çalışmada, postpartum dönemde, bel ve sağ kalça ağrısı ile başvuran 27 yaşında bir bayan hastaya çekilen Bilgisayarlı Tomografisinde (BT) belirgin patoloji izlenmemekte olup, hastanın ağrılarının devam etmesi sonucu çekilen Manyetik Rezonans görüntülerinin (MRG) incelenmesi sonucunda sakral stres kırığı teşhisi kondu. Bu çalışmanın amacı, gebelik ve postpartum dönemdeki bel ve kalça ağrısının dikkate alınması gerektiği ve sakral stres kırıklarının olabileceğine dikkat çekmek ve kesin tanı açısından radyolojik bütün modalitelerin kullanılması gerekliliğini vurguladık
