Abstract
Abstract Primary spontaneous pneumothorax is probably appeared by collection of air because of rupture of an apical subpleural bulla or bleb. Simultaneous bilateral primary spontaneous pneumothorax seem at the same time is rare and life threatening condition. Here we presenting case of bilateral primary spontaneous pneumothorax who applied to emergency service with sudden dyspnea and bilateral chest pain.

Primer spontan pnömotoraks, subplevral bül veya bleplerin patlaması sonucunda intraplevral boşlukta hava birikmesi olayıdır. Eşzamanlı bilateral primer spontan pnömotoraks nadir görülen hayatı tehdit eden bir durumdur. Ani gelişen nefes darlığı ve iki taraflı göğüs ağrısı ile acil servise gelen ve eşzamanlı bilateral primer spontan pnömotoraks tanısı ile tedavi edilen hastayı sunuyoruz.
