Retroperitoneal urinoma: CT findings

Abstract
Urine leaks from the kidney, ureter, bladder, and urethra most commonly result from trauma, uri-nary tract obstruction or which can occur sponta-neously. Urinomas may be occult initially and may lead to complications such as abscess formation and electrolyte imbalances if not promptly diagnosed and appropriately managed. Some cases requiring urgent surgical treatment. Here, we report one retroperitoneal ürinoma case studied with computed tomography.
Özet
Böbrek, ureter, mesane ya da üretra'dan ektravaze olan idrar kolleksiyonuna ürinoma adı verilir. Genellikle travma veya üriner sistem obstrüksiyonu sonucunda nadiren de spontan olarak oluşur ve asemp torn atiktir. Erken tanı konulmadığı zaman veya uygun tedavi edilmediği taktirde apse yada elektrolit imbalansı oluşturur. Bazı olgularda acil cerrahi müdahele gerektirir. Bu sunumda bir retroperitoneal ürinoma olgusunun bilgisayarlı tomografi görüntüleri ve konu ile ilgili literatür irdelenmektedir.
